Notes for: Mary M. Bodine

RB says that she survived her brother Allan Bodine who died Sept. 13, 1974. She was named in his obituary. She also survived her aunt Elsie Mae Bodine whose obituary appeared April 9, 1988.

She was living in Trenton, NJ as of March 2012.

Mary M. Bodine of Burlington passed away into God's loving and eternal care on Sunday, Oct. 9, 2017, at the Masonic Home in Burlington. She was 90. Born and raised in Florence, Mary lived in Hamilton for over 40 years until moving to the Masonic Home five years ago. She was a payroll clerk for Trane Co. and GE during her working years. She supported Liberty University. Mary loved nature, going out to dinner and driving. She knew where all the best road stands were located. She was known as a good friend and kept her friendships in good repair. She was the daughter of the late Allen and Alma Bodine; sister of the late Craig, Earl, Wiliam, Louis, John, and Ira 'Toots' Bodine; and aunt of the late Joyce Irwin and Wayne Bodine. She is survived by her nephews, Terrence 'Terry' Bodine, Robert, John and Kenneth Bodine, and her niece, Beverly, and their families, as well as two very good friends, Mildred Wallace and Jean Hoke. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend her funeral service at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, at the Dennison Funeral Home, 214 W. Front St., Florence, where the viewing be from 2 to 3 p.m. A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be sent to the Masonic Home.
