Joseph Boddy, 51, of 213 Penn avenue, Westmont, was clinging to a fragment of life in West Jersey Homeopathic Hospital last night, with a self-inflicted bullet wound of the abdomen. Boddy returned home shortly before Thanksgiving from a sanitarium, where he had been treated for nervousness. He previously had treatened to kill himself and his wife had hidden the pistol. While she was out of the room yesterday he found it and attempted to end his life.
