Notes for: Mary (Maria) Bodine

Witnesses at her baptism were Peter Bodine and Maria Van Nest.

Pam Sears says this about this Maria Bodine:

Maria Bodine, baptized 29 March 1732 at Harlingen and the daughter of
Jan Bodine and Catharine LeBoyteuax, married circa 1754 to Cornelius Ten
Broeck who was probably the son of Johannes Ten Broeck and Catryntje Van
Rensselaer of Albany, baptized there on 22 May 1727. Therefore, it would
make sense for Catharine LeBoyteaux, the maternal grandmother and widow
of Jan Bodine, to witness the baptism of her grandson Johannes on 13
April 1755 at Readington, whether or not she was the wife of Daniel
Sebring (and, she is not called his wife in that particular record).

Children of Cornelius Ten Broeck and Maria Bodine:

13 April 1755 at Readington: [SCHQ] Ten Broeck, Cornelius and
Maria--Johannes. Witnesses: Daniel Sebring and Catherine Le boy Teaub.

29 August 1756 at Readington: [SCHQ] Ten Broeck, Cornelius and
Maria--Dirck Wesselse.

They then removed to Claverack, Columbia County, New York
