Subject: Question about Joseph Crockett Jr.

I am trying to establish the lineage of Martha Crockett( 1749-1803 who married Thomas Montgomery. I have her parents listed as Joseph Crocket and Jane De Vigne, but some people list Joseph as Sr. while you have him listed as Jr. Do you have original sources that I could reference?
