Notes for: Isaac Watts Bodine

I did have that Isaac had married on October 8, 1918, but other info has come in since. Neither date had a source, but this new date, September 17, 1917 in Crawford Co., AR sounded like it might be right. A source needs to be found, though for which is correct.

From Ronny Bodine:

Isaac Bodine registered for the World War I draft on 24 Aug 1918 in Van Buren, Crawford County.

From Crawford County Arkansas Marriage Records:
Isaac Bodine, 21 AND Zula Neff, 18, both of Van Buren, Crawford County, were married 29 Sept 1918.

From Tulsa County, Oklahoma Marriage Records:
I. W. Bodine, 44 AND Zella Cochran, 41, both of Tulsa, were married 2 Nov 1941 in Tulsa by Leon Smith, Minister, Christian Church of Dawson.

Isaac and Zula Bodine were living 1920 in Van Buren where Isaac was engaged in farming. In 1930, the family was living in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma were Isaac worked as a house carpenter. Strangely, he was recorded as John W. Bodine, with wife Zula and daughter Wanda.

Burials in Pettit Cemetery, Pettit, Cherokee County, Oklahoma.
