Sally Harper, 74, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida passed away peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer on December 6, 2021, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Sally was born on November 30, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida and has lived in Jacksonville Beach her whole life. She was the proud owner of a very successful pawn shop business that she, and her son Tab, ran for many years. She had a passion for animals, traveling/cruising, musicals, and spoiling her granddaughters. Sally loved life and never met a stranger. She had an infectious laugh and always spoke her mind. Sally fought hard all the way up to the end. She will be dearly missed and always remembered. Sally is survived by her son, Tab Bodine; her daughter, Deirdre Weiss (Doug); and her two granddaughters, Madeline Weiss and Hailey Weiss. She was predeceased by her mother, Doris Louise Miller and father, Edward Curtis Miller. A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 18th at Quinn Shalz Funeral Home, 3600 Third Street South, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250.
