Betty Ann Wright, 34, of 226 Longview Place died at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday in her home. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the J.J. Moran & Sons Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park. Mrs. Wright was born in Decatur, a daughter of Fred and Edna Rager Bodine. She formerly worked at Americana Nursing Home. She was a member of the Church of God. Surviving are sons Lonnie Lee, Decatur; Paul K., at home; daughters Telena, Connie, both at home; mother and stepfather Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Page; halfbrother Lonnie Ray Page, Decatur; half-sister Mrs. Willard (Dixie Lee) Rucker, Decatur.

Decatur -- Lenzy LaVerne Wright, 63, of Decatur died 9:40 a.m. Monday (March 6, 1995) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in Eastside Pentecostal Church, 1006 Brush College Road, with funeral service immediately following. Burial will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Camp Butler National Cemetery, Riverton. Arrangements are by Brintlinger's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastside Pentecostal Church. Mr. Wright was born Oct. 29, 1931, in Sandwich, the son of Paul and Maggie Wright. He served in the U.S. Army and fought in the Korean War. He was a member and served on the board of Eastside Pentecostal Church. He married Jewel Pritchett on Aug. 29, 1990. Surviving are his wife, Jewel; son, Paul Mullens of Decatur; stepson, Harvey Martin of Norfolk, Va.; daughters, Melissa Mullens, Lenn Wright, Diane Tippitt and Denise Smith, all of Decatur; Talena Duncan of Illiopolis; stepdaughters, Nadine Pasley of Indianapolis, Ind.; Sandy Maltby, Margaret Woodrum, June Auvil and Dana Wright, all of Decatur; brother, Robert Wright of Louisville, Ky.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother. He will be sadly missed by all who loved and respected him.

PAXTON---David "Dave" Swank, 84, of Paxton died Monday (March 7, 2016) at Presence Covenant Medical Center, Urbana. A graveside memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Glen Cemetery, Paxton, with military rites by Paxton American Legion Post 150. Knapp-Miller Funeral Home in Paxton is in charge of arrangements.
