Fred J. Stevens AND Marian L. Bodine were married 24 May 1902 in Auburn.

MARRIED. STEVENS-BODINE--At the parsonage of the First Presbyterian church, 35 Franklin st., Auburn, N.Y., Saturday evening, May 24, 1902, by Rev. William H. Bates, D.D. of St. Louis, Mo., Fred J. Stevens, of Byron, Genesee county, N.Y. and Miss Merian L. Bodine, of Auburn, N.Y.

On 12 Sept 1918, Fred John Stevens registered for the World War I draft in Cayuga County. He reported his birth as 25 June 1879, that he was a farmer, and that Mariam Stevens was his next of kin.

1920 (7 Jan) Owasco, Cayuga Co.: Fred J. STEVENS 40 NY farmer, Marion L. 36 NY wife, Alfred B. 15 NY son, Harry L. 12 NY son, Edward B. 11 Ny son. [Note: The family lived at 47 DeVore Street Road in Owasco. Next door, at No. 48, lived Wilfred Bodine, 42, and his wife Grace E., 48.]

STEVENS--Friday, January 21, 1921. Marion L. Stevens, wife of Fred J. Stevens, in the 38th year of her age. Funeral services will be held at the home of her mother, Mrs. William Calkins on Owasco Road, Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial in Lake View Cemetery.
