There does not seem to be any proof of her last name. Some put "Evers" and some have put "Rokeby." Both of those names are associated with the Wycliffe family of Yorkshire Country, England. The name Evers is one way Eure or Ewer has been spelled. Unless there is some original source for Jane's last name, I would prefer not to put anything. Throckmorton's work on the Wycliffe family does NOT list a last name for Jane.
