Ellen Lillian Welsh, born 25 July 1924 in Chicago, Illinois, dau. of L. F. Parker (born Santa Ana, TX) & Myrtle O. Hagman (born Chicago, Ill.). died of a ruptured tubal pregnancy on 29 July 1954 in Odessa, Ector County and buried Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa. Informant was Ralph Welsh.

Funeral services were pending for Mrs. Ellen Lillian Welsh, 30, who died unexpectedly Thursday morning. She lived at 2108 West Fifth. Mrs. Welsh became ill Wednesday and went to the doctor. Her case was diagnosed as influenza and she went to bed. She became seriously ill this morning and her mother, Mrs. Leland Parker, summoned the ambulance and Mrs. Welsh was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at the hospital at 10:30 a.m. Mrs. Welsh was born in Chicago and had reached her 30th birthday last Sunday. Her husband is Ralph Welsh and works as a newpaper distributor here. Other survivors include her father, Leland Parker of Odessa, and two sisters, Mrs. Marilyn Allison of Odessa and Mrs. Virginia Jackson of Seattle, Wash. The Hubbard Funeral Home will handle funeral arrangements.
