Bodine of St. Louis, MO. Mrs. Janelle Bodine and Stella Van Scyoc, mothers of the couple, gave their consent. [Note: In 1940, Sandra J. 2 OK, lived with her parents Ramond L. & Stella Vanscyoc in Tulsa, Oklahoma.]

William Kelly Bodine was born August 7, 1935 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Oren and Janelle (Smittle) Bodine. He departed this life on April 6, 2005 at the age of 69 years 7 months and 30 days. William had lived in Salina since 1981, moving there from Tulsa. He had worked in the steel business as a chief estimator and retired from Fabwell in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. William graduated from the Oklahoma Military Academy and then attended and graduated from University of Berkley with a Bachelors of Science degree in Liberal Arts. He was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ. William was also a Mason; belong to the Scottish Rite, and the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association). William was married to Pat Parker on June 30, 1974 in Salina, Oklahoma. He enjoyed flying, gardening, NASCAR, motorcycles and fishing. He was the designated candy man at Christmas time, making candy for everyone. His family was very important to him and he will be missed by many. He is survived by his wife Pat of the home, son Tom Bodine and wife Gina of Salina, Oklahoma, daughter Rhonda Bodine and fiancé Carl Downs of Big Cabin, Oklahoma, daughter Debbie Wuenschel and husband Peter of Pearland, Texas, son Steven A. Bodine and wife Terry of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carol Bodine of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, daughter Kathy White of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Richard Bodine of Marshfield, Missouri, Tim Bodine and wife Linda of Salina, Oklahoma, mother-in-law Lucille Parker of Raymore, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents Oren Ellsworth and Janelle (Smittle) Bodine.

Patsy M. "Pat" (Parker) Bodine, Salina, died April 1. She was the oldest daughter born to William "Carroll" and Lucille (Hamilton) Parker born on April 13, 1938. Services are Monday, April 6 10 a.m. at First Christian/Presbyterian Church, Pryor. Pastor Mark Newman will officiate and burial will follow at Ross-Mayes Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Stephens Memorial Chapel. Bodine was married to W.K. "Bill" Bodine on June 30, 1974. in Salina. He preceded her in death in April of 2005. She was an avid painter with a penchant for putting on canvas the scenery she saw while traveling the countryside on the back of the motorcycle with Bill. She was the family pie maker; always creating Bill's favorite pie, hot or cold ones. She was known for always having a smile on her face. A genuine queen, literally, as she was the queen mum on a local chapter called Babes in Red of the Red Hat Society. Because of her strong faith she wishes for you, her family and friends that only tears of joy be shed in celebration of her arrival in heaven. Bodine is survived by children Thomas K. Bodine and wife Gina of Bixby, Rhonda R. Bodine of Salina, Debra A. Wuenschel and husband Peter of Texas, Steven A. Bodine of Tulsa, Patricia Carol Bodine and husband Tom of California, Katherine L. White-Plumlee of Salina; grandchildren Thomas K. Bodine II and wife Jamie of Salina, Diedra D. Wuenschel of Texas, Jeremiah C. Wuenschel and wife Melissa of California, Casey Joe Littlefield of California, Jacob E. Littlefield and wife Tabithia of Pryor, Matthew Wuenschel of Texas, Erica A. Wuenschel of Texas, James "Jimmy" Bodine of Tennessee, Samantha Jo White of Salina, Stevie Ray Bodine of Tennessee, Sarah Jane Rainbolt and Chad of Coweta; great-grandchildren Kloie Blayze Bodine and Bailey Cole Bodine both of Salina, Kaylee Grace Littlefield of Pryor, Blaine Brier Rainbolt of Coweta; mother Lucille Hamilton Parker of Grove Springs, Mo.; sisters Inez Barnum and Marcia Swezey both of Missouri; brothers-in-law Timothy R. Bodine and wife Linda of Salina, Richard A. Bodine of Missouri; several nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her father William Carroll Parker and brother-in-law Larry Swezey.
