On 5 Sept 1918 Edwin F. BODIN registered for the World War 1 draft in Fayetteville, Washington Co., Ark. He reported he was born 27 June 1900, worked as an oil worker for the Magnolia Pet. Co. and his next of kin was his father, Erik Bodin of Harris, Arkansas.

Emma Pund is the daughter of Fred John and Mary Philomena (Birchler) Pund.

Edwin Francis Bodine, 73, of Route 1, Elkins, died Monday in a local hospital. He was born June 27, 1900 in Elkins, the son of Erik and Anna Bengtson Bodine. He was a retired farmer and a Roman Catholic. Survivors are the widow Mrs. Emma Pund Bodine of the home; a brother, Earnest of Elkins; and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Kennan of Pasadena, Calif., and Mrs. Eda Agnew of Palm Desert, Calif. A rosary service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Moore's Chapel. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with burial in Tuttle Cemetery.
