Services for Russell L. Tutt, 73; Naranja, Fla., formerly of Storm Lake, were held Oct. 9 at Jones-Barker Funeral Home, Alta. Rev. John Chadwick officiated. Burial was in Buena Vista Memorial Park Cemetery, Storm Lake. Jones-Barker Funeral Home, Alta, was in charge of arrangements. He died Oct.. 4, 1989 in Miami Baptist Hospital, Miami, Fla. Russell was born Nov. 4, 1915, to William S. and Ethel M. (Hoffman) Tutt in Alta. He graduated from Aurelia High School, Aurelia. He married Adeline Bodine on Jan. 11, 1942, in South Sioux City, Neb. He served his country during World War II. They lived in Storm Lake area until 1965 when they moved to Florida. He was employed as a carpenter at Jennings Construction in Florida, retiring in 1980. He was a member of Elks Lodge, Florida; and Moose Lodge, Storm Lake. Preceding him in death were his parents; and three brothers; William, Phillip and Merrill. Surivivors include his wife; and four sisters-in-law Mrs. Norma Haburn, Storm Lake; Mrs. Hazel Tutt, Fort Dodge; Mildred (Mrs. Kenneth) Johnson, Storm Lake; Lorraine (Mrs. Donald) Henry, Port Huemene, Calif.
