A Graveside Service was held February 23, 2006 for Lewis DeWayne Bodine, 47, of Yuba City, CA. He died February 20, 2006 at his residence. He was born in Yuba City June 16, 1958. He lived in Porterville, CA since 1981 and was employed with Porterville Freight Lines as a truck driver for many years prior to his illness. He enjoyed fixing everything and helping family and friends whenever there was a need for work to be done. He enjoyed the out-of-doors and spent as much time as possible with family and friends camping, fishing, hunting, hiking and just enjoying the mountains. He is survived by his wife, Carol Frances Bodine; three daughters, Pamela Lee Bodine of Porterville, CA, Marian LaNell Elmore and Anna Louise Bodine, both of Stockton, CA; his parents, Lewis and Peggy Bodine of Groveland, CA; two brothers, Jimmy and wife Janice Bodine of Greeley Hill, CA and Dennis Bodine of Courtland, CA and three sisters, Polly Molina and husband Tony of Manteca, CA, Elizabeth Harvey and husband Brad of Livermore, CA and Linda Rowe of Florida. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
