William Bodine was born William BOLOGNA, son of Antonio "Anthony" Bologna (1859-1946) and his wife Rosa (1855-1926), both of whom are buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey. After 1955 the family adopted the name BODINE. William and Mildred Bodine were also buried in the BOLOGNA family plot in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

BRICK TOWNSHIP---William J. Bodine, 76, of 114 Village Way, died Tuesday. Mr. Bodine had lived here eight years. He retired from the Public Service Co., Newark, in 1963, where hewas a bus driver for 42 years. He is survived by his wife, Mildred Russo Bodine, two sons, Anthony, Point Pleasant, and James, Columbia, Md.; a daughter, Delores Hill, Brick Township; a sister, Mrs. Nellie Biase, Newark, and six grandchildren. The Colonial Funeral Home, here, is in charge of arrangements.

Mildred M. Bodine of Dover Twp., Ocean County, died there 31 Dec 1984 aged 84 years. [Note: Toms River is an unincorporated community in Dover Township.]

Mildred M. Bodine, 84, of Toms River, died Dec. 31 in Community Memorial Hospital, Toms River. She was a corsetiere with Spirella Inc., Bloomfield, for 13 years before retiring in 1966. Mrs. Bodine also had worked for Elkin's Inc., Bloomfield for seven years. Born in Nutley, she lived in Bloomfield and Brick Township before moving to Toms River six years ago. Surviving are two sons, Anthony J. and James M.; a daughter, Mrs. Dolores Hill; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Fusaro; six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
