LIVINGSTON--Richard A. Bodine, 51, a long-time Livingston attorney, died Friday shortly after being admitted to a Livingston hospital. Mr. Bodine was born July 26, 1914, at St. Paul, Minn. He came to Livingston in 1919 and had lived there since that time. He was a graduate of Park High School in Livingston and University of Montana Law School at Missoula. He practiced law in Livingston since his graduation from college in 1941. He was a partner with David Fitzgerald, the late Fred Gibson Sr. and the late Earl Ammerman. Mr. Bodine served two terms as Park County attorney and, during World War Two he was chief clerk for the Office of Price Administration in Livingston. He married Jane Ommundsen Feb, 27, 1943, in Livingston. He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Livingston Lodge 246 B.P.O.E. Phi Delta Theta social fraternity and Phi Delta legal honorary fraternity. Surviving are the widow; two sons, Jonathan A. Bodine and Brian George Bodine, both of Livingston; his mother, Mrs. Anne Bodine of Bozeman; a brother, Howard Bodine of 2104 14th St. W. Billings; two sisters, Mrs. Marjorie O'Conner of Mitchell, Neb., and Mrs. Dorothy Janssen of Silver Bow, Mont. The body will be at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church from 4 p.m. Sunday until noon Tuesday. Franzen Mortuary is in charge.

Helen Jane Williams, 92, of Livingston, passed away Monday, June 16, 2014 at her home. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Funeral Service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday June 21, at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Livingston with Reverend David Gunderson officiating. Fellowship will follow the service. Jane was born on December 3, 1921, in Chico, Montana. She was the daughter of Ommund and Malena Ommundsen. She received her education in Livingston and was a graduate of the Park County High School. Jane is preceded in death by one brother and one sister. Jane is survived by her two sons and five grandchildren. Many other relatives and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Franzen-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory.
