L. Szayki, Ordained Minister of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Irene Szafader Cichon applied for a SSN in April 1938 and reported she was born 7 May 1921 in Chicago, dau. of Anthony & Berniece (Gniazdek) Szafader. In March 1955 she reported her name as Irene Bodine and in July 1988 as Irene Ungles. She died 24 May 1996.
