John T. Kelly, 79, a retired machinist from Lansdowne Iron & Stee Works, Morton, died Tuesday in Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital, Darby. He lived at 907 Andrews Ave., Collingdale. Mr. Kelly was a member of Collingdale Fire Co. No. 1. Surviving are his widow, the former Marian Bodine; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Heathcote of Collingdale and Mrs. Mae Vosh of Atlanta, Ga., and a brother, Edward M. of Long Island, N.Y. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday from the David J. Phillips Funeral Home, 910 MacDade Blvd., Collingdale. High requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Collingdale. Burial will be in SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Marple. Calling hours will be Thursday evening at the funeral home.
