Dorothy Kessler was the daughter of Theodore J. and Mary Kessler with whom she and her 2 children, Theodore and Samuel Kipp, were living 1940 in Burlington. She was 1st married to Samuel H. Kipp (1903-1973) from who she was later divorced.

FREEHOLD---Charles H. Bodine, 30, a teacher in Freehold Intermural School, died yesterday of pneumonia in Monmouth Memorial Hospital, Long Branch. He lived in Marlboro. A veteran of World War II, he was a member of the American Legion of Freehold. He was a graduate of State Teachers College and had attended Rutgers University, University of Chicago and Columbia University. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dorothy C. Bodine; two stepsons, Theodore and Samuel Kipp; his parents, Major and Mrs. Charles L. Bodine of Munich, Germany, and a sister, Miss Virginia Bodine of Chesterfield. Private funeral services will be held tomorrow at the Freeman Funeral Home, Main Street, at the convenience of the family. Friends may call this evening.

Charles Bodine was buried in Crosswicks Community Cemetery, Crosswicks, Mercer County.
