Donald J. Bodine, 78, of 5250 N. Knoxville died at 7 a.m. Thursday at Proctor Community Hospital. Born Aug. 15, 1907, in Peoria to Joseph and Mary Bodine, he married Irma Young Oct. 15, 1932, in Peoria. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Robert Y. Bodine of Milwaukee, Wis., and Paul G. Bodine of Charleston; and five grandchildren. One brother preceded him in death. He was traffic manager at Klaus Radio 10 years, retiring in 1980. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Wilton Mortuary, the Rev. Henry G. Hein officiating. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
