Eloise Bodine, age 20 and single, lived with her mother in Oklahoma City and was employed as a stenographer. The wedding of Frank Ferguson Manley and Miss Eloise Bodine at the Sacred Heart Church in Oklahoma City was reported in The Oklahoman of 5 July 1930.

Her mother, Mrs. Lena Bodine, home address; one sister, Mrs. Hal M. Horton, 1001 NW 49. Rosary 8:15 p.m. Friday, Smith & Kernke funeral chapel, Mrs. Lydia T. Rosary for Mrs. Mary Eloise Bodine Manley, 39, will be at 8:15 p.m. Friday in Smith & Kernke funeral home with mass at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Perpetual Help church. Burial will be in Fairlawn. Mrs. Manley, who lived at 1211 NW 31, died of complications resulting from the birth of a daughter Wednesday night. It was her sixth child. The wife of Frank Manley, Corken Pump Co. supervisor, she worked as stenographer at one time in the state highway department office. Until recently she and her husband owned the North Lake grocery. Mrs. Manley was born Mary Eloise Bodine in Oklahoma City and married Manley in 1931. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Francis and Richard; four daughters, Patricia Ann, Mary Ellen, Kathleen Louise and Eloise, and her mother, Mrs. Lena Bodine, all of the home. A sister, Mrs. Hal M. Horton, lives at 1001 NW 49.

MANLEY-- Frank Ferguson, age 75 of OKC, born Feb. 16, 1908 in Chicago IL, died July 13 in OKC. He attended Loyola University and the University of Minnesota before moving to OKC in Feb. of 1930. He married Mary Eloise Bodine July of 1931, who died in 1949. He had worked for OG&E, Douglas Aircraft at Tinker, owned Northlake Grocery. He then became a marketing executive for Corken Pump Co. and the C. Robert Ingram Co. Mr. Manley retired as an accounting and business manager at Frigiquip Corp. He had been a champion bowler and golfer, a member of the AARP, honorary life member Knights of Columbus 4th Degree, and the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In 1949, he married Mary M. Siddens, who survives him, along with 2 sons, Frank W. of Bangkok Thailand, an d Richard G. of OKC; 6 daughters, Patricia Sellars, Mary Ellen Scoles, Kathleen L. Hamilton, Mary Eloise Manley, Mary Jean Abernathy, Jo Ann Oberst, all of OKC; 2 sisters, Margaret King of Washington DC, Marion Nicholson of Alamo CA; 28 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. Rosary services will be at 7:30 pm Friday, July 15, in the Smith & Kernke Funeral Chapel, with the Mass of Christian Burial to be at 10 am Saturday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Fair Lawn Cemetery. The family requests memorials to Hospice of Central Okla, 4500 N. Lincoln in lieu of flowers.
