Hi,
Just letting you know I am out here and will be working hard on my maternal line this year. I just took the mt-DNA and I am waiting for results. I am stuck at Henry and wife Jane. They had a daughter Altehia whom I believe had a daughter out of wedlock named Harriet Bodine whom married James William Russell of Loudoun County, VA. Their daughter Rosalie Russell m. Charles Shawen, they had a daughter Nellie Shawen who married Chester LaRue Smith of Oakton, VA, their daughter Adria Smith is my grandmother.
