Doris (Hughner) Bodine is the daughter of Lynn and Blanche (Johnson) Hughner. Canandaigua, New York newspapers reported the births of their children.

Stanley Bodine, born 26 Feb 1925, died 20 Dec 1988. Served in the U.S. Navy 26 July 1943 to 15 March 1946.

WARSAW-Stanley G. Bodine Sr., 63, of 50 Oak St., died Dec. 20,1988 at Wyoming County Community Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Pittsford. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1943 to 1946. A resident of Warsaw since 1982, Mr. Bodine was formerly employed by B.R. Dewitt Co. in Pavilion and Batavia Metal Products. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Doris; seven sons, Stanley of Bliss, Barry of Wyoming, Darryl of Batavia, Robin of Weatboro, Conn., Scott of Warsaw, Jeffrey of Varysburg and Tracy of LeRoy; five daughters, Stacey Bodine, Rhonda Funnell and Doreen Thompson, all of Warsaw, Maria Popielarczyk of Newark and Terri Varone of Alabama, N.Y.; three brothers, Roy of Connecticut, Howard of Victor and Albert of Ionaia; and twenty-one grandchildren. Services were held in the Weeks Funeral Home with burial in Warsaw Cemetery.

Doris M. Bodine, 90, of Park Rd. Batavia, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw. She was born in Naples, March 5, 1928, daughter of the late Lynn and Blanche Johnson Hughner. A resident of Batavia since 2013, previously of Warsaw, Doris was a dedicated homemaker, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, watching soap operas, and baseball as a longtime Mets fan. Doris was predeceased by her husband, Stanley G. Bodine Sr. in 1988; a daughter, Sherry Bodine; a son, Kelly Bodine; three sisters, Betty Carey, Margie Northrup, and Janet Mansfield; and a brother, Lynn Hughner. Survivors include five daughters, Rhona Funnell of Batavia, Doreen (Kerry) Thompson of Warsaw, Marla (Rich) Popielarczyk of Fairport, Terri (Ron) Barone of Akron, and Stacy (Rich) Smith of Warsaw; seven sons, Stanley (Tammy) Bodine of Warsaw, Barry (Patty) Bodine of Wyoming, Daryl Bodine of Warsaw, Robin Bodine of Batavia, Scott Bodine of Warsaw, Jeff (Keith) Bodine of Rochester, and Tracy Bodine of Warsaw; 25 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends of Doris may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, June 1st, 2018 at the Weeks Funeral Home 123 N. Main St., Warsaw where a time of remembrance will follow at 5pm.
