Mrs. Dorothy Bodine MacKenzie, 50, of West Sparta died Wednesday in Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester. She was born in Walworth, N.Y. and had lived in the Dansville area for the past five years. Mrs. MacKenzie was an attendant at Craig State School. Surviving are a daughter, JoAnne Fanelli of Dansville; three sons, David Fanelli of Palmyra, Richard Fanelli of Marion and Robert MacKenzie of Dansville; a sister, Mrs. Edith Schlesing of Marion; five brothers, Clarence Bodine of Conesus, Ray Bodine of Summerville, Mass., Howard Bodine of Victor, Stanley Bodine of Wyoming and Albert Bodine of Honeoye Falls. Friends may call at the Chamberlin Funeral Home where a service will be conducted Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery.

Samuel A. MacKenzie, 61, of 123 Third Ave., Wayland, died in his home Monday. Born in Canada, he lived in the United States most of his life. He was a World War II veteran, having served with the U.S. Army in the European Theatre. He was employed as a truck driver for Dominie Builders Supply of Rochester. He was a member of the Canandaigua Loyal Order of the Moose, the American Legion Post of Marion, the Wayland Rod and Gun Club and Local 298, Brotherhood of Teamsters. Surviving are six sons, David Fanelli of Walworth, David MacKenzie of Aurora, Calif., Richard Fanilli of Marion, Robert MacKenzie of West Germany, Samuel MacKenzie of Aurora and John MacKenzie of Holcomb; two daughters, Mrs. Marge Albert of Holcomb and Mrs. JoAnne Wallace of West Sparta; a brother, Jack MacKenzie of Rochester and a sister, Mrs. Marge Triana of Rochester; and several grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in the Chamberlin Funeral Home in Dansville. Burial will be in Wayland Village Cemetery.
