1st marriage--1945--KATHERINE MATHES.
The Trenton Times-Examiner of 2 Sept 1945 reported the recent marriage of Harry Charles Bodine Jr. to Miss Katherine Mathes, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Mathes, in Holy Angels Church in Trenton. The Asbury Park (NJ) Evening Press of 26 July 1945 reported the attendance of family members at the wedding which took place Sunday, 22 July.


2nd marriage--1952--EDITH LAVINTHAL.

Harry C. Bodine AND Edith Lavinthal were married in Hamilton Twp., Mercer County.

The funeral services for Harry C. Bodine Jr., 55, of 282 Bellevue Ave. will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Ewing Cemetery Chapel. Rev. David W. Allen, pastor of Central Baptist Church will officiate. Cremation will follow at the crematorium, under the direction of the Joseph P. Horan Funeral Home. Friends may call on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the chapel. Mr. Bodine died Saturday at home. Born in Princeton, he resided most of his life in the Trenton area. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a graphic artist and until his retirement, had been employed by the state of New Jersey. He is the son of the late Harry C. Bodine Sr., and he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Myrtle A. Brown Bodine, with whom he resided; two brothers, George E. Bodine of Ewing Township and Arthur R. Bodine of Trenton; four sisters, Miss Reba Bodine of San Francisco, Mrs. Elaine Frawley of Lake Worth, Fla., Mrs. Eleanor Polensky of Morrisville and Mrs. Mildred Shaudys of Hamilton Township; and several nieces and nephews.
