Bodine as residents.
On 15 April 1959 in Monterey County, California, Erma L. (Bagley) Bodine, 45 married Kenneth R. Eldredge, 50 (1909-1967).

NOVATA, Calif. - Lenn L. Bodine Jr., 80, died Sunday at a local hospital after a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by Kiker-Seale Funeral Home in Colorado City. Mr. Bodine graduated from Colorado City High School in 1934, attended Texas A&M University and graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 1938. He taught in Colorado City until 1942 and was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II. He graduated from Stanford University with a master's degree and lived in California the rest of his life. Survivors include one daughter, Toni Carr of Fairfield, Calif.; three brothers, Homer Bodine, Edwin Bodine and Truman Bodine, all of Colorado City; and one sister, Aleene Monroe of Raton, N.M.
Note: Daughter Toni Carr, named in her father's obituary, was actually the daughter of Frederic and Dorothy (Ziegler) Bradshaw, born 30 Nov 1943 in Portland, Oregon and thus step-daughter of Lenn Bodine. She died 24 Dec 2013 in Fairfield, California. She had been married to Robert Biles and Charles Carr.
