Commander Frank Tyler Foxwell, U.S.N., retired, 68, of 46 Boulevard, Middletown, died this morning in the Naval Hospital. While he had been in poor health for sometime, his death was unexpected. Commander Foxwell was born in Leonardtown, Md., and was a veteran of World War I. He had served as dispatching secretary of the Virgin Islands, and served two tours of duty in the Philippines, retiring in 1935. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Helen B. Foxwell, five sisters, and a brother. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association. Funeral services will be held in the Arlington National Cemetery in Washington Monday afternoon.
