Notes for: William W. Bodine

I wondered if this was not the William W. Bodine who married a Jerusha Ent in Hunterdon Co., NJ on March 28, 1896. They were married by a man named "Hall." It looks like this might be the same person who married Amplius Bodine, this William's cousin. I think Hall also married Amplius's sister, Elizabeth. Ronny Bodine later said this was the son of David Bodine and Emily Lair.

Was "cruising for cousins" when I found your web site. Was struck by the combination of the ENT and BODINE surnames together. When I poked around I found you have them as being from New Jersey. That's close enough for me at the stage my research is in to still hold an interest.

I am trying to track down alll that I can on an elusive LINA SNYDER who married SCHOFIELD. Both of them are buried in Chester Co., Pa. and I believe they lieved there. Where Lina Snyder was born and raised is still a mystery. I believe I have her traced down as having been one of three children born to CALVIN SNYDER and MELINDA ENT. It appears that MELINDA ENT had several brothers and sisters (whose names I have). One was a sister Jerusha ENT who married William BODINE. They had two children Frank and Ethel.

Does any of this look familiar to you? Do you have any information on Lina Snyder Schofield?
