CITRA -- Windsor Montana Piper, 72, a beauty supply salesman, died Sept. 5, 1994, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Gainesville. A native of Livingston, Mont., Mr. Piper moved here in 1977 from Orlando. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II; a member of VFW 8978 in Citra; and was Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Marion Bodine Piper, Citra; daughter, Beverly Jones, Winnsboro, Texas; son, Robert Piper, Alachua; brothers, Vaughn Piper, Banning, Calif., and Ralph Piper, Cleveland; sisters, Evelyn Keener and Gale Steigerwalt, both of Ashland, Ohio; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Evans Funeral Home, High Springs, is handling arrangements.
