Notes for: Olean Bodine

From Ronny Bodine:

Olive Bodine, age 9, was living with her parents 1880 in Kansas City, Missouri, but in 1900, while living with her mother in Chicago, Illinois she is called Olean, born Sept 1878 and single. In 1905, Mahlon and Olean lived in Kingsbury, Washington County, New York, in 1910 and 1920 in the home of her sister Camille Stevenson in Chicago. In 1910, Mahlon worked as a mechanical engineer and in 1920 was involved in government salvage. In 1930, still residents of Chicago, Mahlon now worked as a construction engineer. Although married twice before, Mahlon Kasson had no children with his 3rd wife, Olean. Olean was aged 29 in 1905, 34 in 1910, 43 in 1920, 50 in 1930 and 69 in 1940.
