Mrs. Magdalena De May, 43, died at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the Hospital of the Good Shepherd, where she had been a patient since July 1. She had been ill for some time. Mrs. De May was a member of the Degree of Honor, Order of the Eastern Star and Ladies Auxiliary of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen of East Syracuse. She is survived by her husband, Anthony De May; one daughter, Hazel De May; three sons, Frank, Clifford and Gordon De May, all of Eastwood; her parents, Jacob and Janette Bodine; seven sisters, Mrs. I. De Wolf, Mrs. Mate Dewitt, Mrs. S. Willink, Mrs. Charles Wahl, Mrs. James Lash, Mrs. N. Bran and Ruth Bodine; three brothers, James and Benjamin Bodine of Rochester and John Bodine of East Syracuse. The body will be taken to the family home, No. 103 North Midler avenue, Eastwood, to-day y Delaney & Hodge, undertakers, and the funeral will be held there, but the time has not been decided.

On 30 Sept 1917 in East Syracuse, Onondaga County, Anthony DeMay married Jessie M. Wright and was living in DeWitt, Onondaga County in 1920 and still in 1925 when Gordon DeMay, 18, son of Anthony and Magdalene, also lived with them.

Anthony DeMay of East Syracuse, an employe of the New York Central Railroad for 40 years, died at Saranac Lake yesterday. He was 62 years old. Mr. DeMay was a member of Sherman Lodge 143, B. of R.T., and also of the Loyal Order of Moose. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Jesse Wright DeMay; one daughter, Mrs. Herbert O'Melia of Syracuse; two sons, Frank DeMay of Oakland, Calif., and Gordon DeMay of Oakland, Calif. and Gordon DeMay of East Syracuse; four brothers, Peter and Isaac DeMay of Buffalo and Jacob and Marene DeMay of Rochester; two stepdaughters and three stepsons. Funeral services will be conducted at the home of the daughter. Mrs. O'Melia, 311 N. Collingwood av., at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, with Rev. Isaac Swift officiating. Burial will be in Minoa.
