He was born May 3, 1922 in Wanette to John and Nora Bodine.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Lydia Bodine

Surviving are his companion of eight years, Maudie Combs, Moore; sister Yvonne Finley, Shawnee; brother Lawrence Bodine, Wanette; son Jerry Bodine; daughters Pat Bodine Perkins, Moore; Peggy Bodine Claridge, Chino Valley, Ariz.; eight grandchildren and one great-grandaughter Emma Delayne Sulzer.

Services will be held 2 p.m. today at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Oklahoma City.
