1840 Oxford Twp., Warren County: Ann ROWANS males 1(10-14), 1(20-29); females 1(40-49).

1850 (3 Aug) Newark, Essex County: Ann ROWANS 53 NJ, Maria 30 NJ, Beatty 21 NJ, Maria BODINE 98 NJ, 12 others.

On 9 March 1832, Ann Rowans and Joseph Bryan, administrators of the estate of Jacob Rowans, late of the Township of Greenwich, submitted an inventory of his estate, conducted on 7 March 1832, appraising the value at $1,032.03. One of the debts owed the estate is $1.89 by Frederick Podyene, which may be Ann's brother Frederick Bodine.
