In Jan 1920, Maude D. Bodine, 26 and single, lived with her parents and worked as a telephone operator at a factory. In April 1930, Maud Gross lived in Muncy with her daughter, Anna E., 6. Although reporting she was married, her husband was not living with the family. Maria Gross was buried in Muncy Cemetery.

Philip M. Gross, born 6 June 1892, died 17 Sept 1933, served as a Private in the U.S. Army in World War I, buried in Old Union Cemetery, New Berlin, Penn.

Philip Mench Gross was born 6 June 1892 in New Berlin, Penn., son of Warren & Elizabeth (Mench) Gross, died 17 Sept 1933 in Mifflinburg, Union County, of pulmonary tuberculosis, and was buried in New Berlin. Informant was wife Maude Gross of Mifflinburg.
