Her name in the marriage records at the Delaware Co., NY GenWeb site was Jane Bodine, but her name in the obituary for her son Silas was Mary Budine.

Mary was aged 14 in 1850, 19 in 1855 and 24 in 1860 which seems to pin her birth date to 1836 as opposed to 1837 on her grave marker.

Harvey Beagle, born 15 March 1841, enlisted 5 Nov 1861 as a Private in Company F, 101st New York Infantry at Walton, Delaware County; mustered out 12 Feb 1863 at Convalescent Camp, Virginia. Parents were Walton Beagle & Mary Rifenburgh.

1900 (12 June) Walton, Delaware Co.: Harvey BEAGLE March 1840 NY farmer, Mary J. March 1833 NY wife, Enos CHADDEN June 1884 NY gson, Walter CHADDEN April 1893 NY gson. Hary & Mary were married 34 years and out of 10 children, 4 were still living.

Harvey Beagle died Tuesday, April 2, at his home on Prospect Avenue. Mr. Beagle was 77 years of age and death was due to the infirmities of old age. The funeral service was held Thursday at the house, conducted by Rev. G.M. McKnight. Ben Marvin Post, G.A.R., of which Mr. Beagle was a member, had charge of the services at the grave. Mr. Beagle served in the Civil War in Company A, 101st New York Regiment. He is survived by two sons, Silas J. Beagle of Walton, Ephraim Beagle of West Brook, and one daughter, Mrs. Austin Owens of Walton; also by one sister Mrs. Martha McCall of Walton and three brothers, George of Binghamton, Levi of Weed's Bridge and Melvin of Oxbow Hollow. Mr. Beagle was a retired farmer and for many years occupied farms at Oxbow Hollow and Weed's Bridge.
