On 5 June 1917, Delos S. Budine registered for the World War 1 draft in Walton, New York. He reported he was born 11 Nov 1896 in Walton and worked as a farmer for his father George Budine.

WALTON - Delos S. Budine, 74, died September 11 at Delaware Valley Hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Pines Brook Baptist Church, with the Rev. Daniel MacCarthy, officiating. Burial will be in Walton Cemetery. Mr. Budine was born Nov. 11, 1895 at Pines Brook, son of George W. and Harriette (Scoville) Budine. On Sept. 11, 1927, he married Helen Aldrich. He was a lifetime resident of Pines Brook, where he operated a dairy farm until his retirement. He attended Pines Brook Baptist Church, and was a deacon of Pines Brook Community Church for many years. He is survived by his wife; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Feltman, Walton; Mrs. Emma Houck, Walton, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Lyon Brothers Chapel from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
