Judy's Bodine husband is closely related to the family of John Painter Bodine. She is friends with Claudia Bodine of Kewanee, Illinois, widow of Terry Dale Bodine (1938-1996).

The identification of the four children of Paul and Judy Bodine is based upon the following newspaper announcement:
From The Stark County News (Toulon, IL) of 29 July 1982.
Lisa Bodine of Hurst, Texas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Simpson of Washington, IL and Mr. and Mrs. PAUL BODINE of Galva was united in marriage at Botanic Gardens, Fort Worth, Texas at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 27, to Edwin Catton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Catton of Toulon.

From Facebook of Judy Simpson: In a photo posting of 12 Dec 2011, Judy names her family as Todd Bodine, her eldest son, his wife Dana and their children Abbie and Hayden; son Chad Bodine and his wife Shawna and their children Atty and Carter; daughter Lisa Catton and her husband Ed and their children Chase, Tyler and Blake; son Nick and his girlfriend Morene. In a posting of 6 Dec 2013, it was commented Judy's birthday is coming up on the 10th and "you most certainly don't look 70 years old."

Other postings: Granddaughter Atty will be one year old on 5 Nov 2011; youngest son Chad and his wife Shawna, parents of Carter who is now 7 and their daughter Atty Marie Wilson.
