Obituary, Quad-City Times (Davenport, Iowa) of 5 Sept 1877.
The many friends of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Berdine will regret to hear of the death of Mrs. B., which occured this morning. She was taken some six weeks ago with paralysis, but recovered so that she could attend to her household duties as usual. On Saturday last, however, there was a reoccurence of the attack, the effects of which were the complete breaking down of all the phisical powers and her death to-day.
