Obituary, Red Bank (NJ) Register of Wednesday, 21 August 1929
Mrs. Ella Bodine, widow of Lester Bodine, died of paralysis last Thursday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur E. Baker of Fair Haven, at the age of 64 years. She was born at Silverton, in Ocean county and was the daughter of Elizabeth Havens and Martin V. Clayton. For a number of years she made her home with her cousin, Willis A. Clayton of Red Bank. Besides Mrs. Baker she leaves a brother, Emmor Clayton of Port Monmouth. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Baker, with Rev. Harry J, Bright of Fair Haven In charge. Burial was made at Fair View cemetery.
