Notes for: Rosa Ernestina Vaca-Acosta

Here is the message I received from Bill Cheatham about the death of his mother-in-law.

To all our Loved Ones, Friends & Acquaintances:

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of Tita's mother
Rosa Vaca this morning (Wednesday, April 28) at 10:15 a.m. Rosa put up a
brave struggle over the past four weeks, but unfortunately she was not able
to overcome the severity of her multiple injuries.

We have arranged for two public visitations this Friday (April 30) at Robert
E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie Md. 20715 (telephone
301-464-8836) between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Also, a Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1283 Odenton Road,
Odenton Md. 21113 (telephone 410-551-9238), this Saturday (May 1) beginning
at 2:00 p.m. Burial arrangements will be private.

We want to thank everyone for their prayers and support over the past 4
weeks. It has been a comfort to us to know that so many people in the area,
across the United States and around the world have kept Rosa in their
thoughts.

Bill & Tita Cheatham

Her ashes were laid to rest on August 20, 1999 at Columbia Gardens Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
