Dave- Thanks for the info from your web site. I have been looking for the parents of clark Pierson to no avail. I have other info on him like his second wife. Suspected that he had a first wife and your site confirms. Amanda's name appears in a Civil War letter dated 1861 or 62 between my Ggrandparents, Henry Gallagher and Jane Pierson. She mentions that Amanda and clark are going to Phila. for the day. At least you solved that for me!! I guess what ever you have on Clark and Amanda is published!? Thanks again..........Gilbert H.
