Fred and Mattie Lenoy lived 1930 in Hanratty, Coal County, Oklahoma engaged in farming. Although her obituary reports her name as Mattie Lanoy, her death was reported to the Social Security Administration as Mattie Russell.

Funeral services for Alfred Lanoy were conducted at the Pentecostal Holiness church at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon. He died at his home here on the night of March 11 after a long illness. Survivors include his wife, Mattie; a son, and five daughters. A sister and four brothers also survive. Burial was at Coalgate cemetery.

Funeral services for Mattie Ann Lanoy, age 77, were held Saturday at the Assembly of God church in Coalgate, with the Rev. Junion Jenkins officiating. Mattie was born August 30, 1906, in Bonham, Tex, to James and Beulah Harris Bodine, and died Mar. 8 at the Manor in Coalgate. Survivors include five daughters, June Lankford, Violet Bowerman, Melva Daniel, all of Coalgate, Cheryl Kirk, Ada, and Sharon Ennis, Midwest City; two brothers, George Bodine, Coalgate, and Jim Bodine, Sutherland, Ore; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Burial was in Coalgate cemetery with Epperson Funeral service in charge.
