In April 1910, Glen and Clara Bodine lived in Cedar Creek, Wexford County, Michigan where Glen worked as a telephone company inspector. In Jan 1920, the family lived in Cadillac, Wexford County, but now Glen was serving as a clergyman. In April 1930, the family lived in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan and now William reported he was a cleryman with the Free Methodist Church.

In 1942, Glenn Wesley Bodine of Schoolcraft, Michigan registered for the World War II Draft and reported he was born 16 May 1885 in Clay City, Kansas, that he was a minister of the Free Methodist Church.

Glen W. Bodine, 24, of Manton, agent, born in Kansas, son of Wm. H. Bodine & Emma Kent AND Clara Loper, 23, of Greenville, born in Michigan, dau. of Charles Loper & May McConnell, were married 24 June 1908 in Cadillac, by W. D. Kingsley, Clergyman.

Glenn W. Bodine, 29, of Elm Hall, Michigan, born in Kansas, son of W. H. Bodine & Emma Kent AND Nellie B. Reese, 29, of Nashville, Michigan, born in Barry County, dau. of Frederick Reese & Alice Crawford were married 29 Dec 1914 in Morgan, Barry County, by Rev. J. L. Hagledine.

Clara Mae Bodine, married, dau. of Chas. Loper, born 28 Oct 1885 in Michigan, died 31 Jan 1913 in Lakeview, Montcalm County and was buried at Belting. Informant was G. W. Bodine. Cause of death was post partum hemorrhage (having given birth to the son who soon died).

In October 1954, Nellie B. Bodine applied for a SSN and reported she was born 24 Sept 1884 in Maple Grove, Michigan, dau. of Edward & Alice (Crawford) Reese.

From The Ludington (Mich.) Daily News of Tuesday, 3 June 1969:
Scottville. Mrs. Anna Decker of Scottville has received word of the death of Mrs. Nellie Bodin [sic] of Spring Arbor. She was the wife of Rev. Glen [sic] Bodine, former Pastor of the Scottville Free Methodist Church. Funeral Services were held Monday in Spring Arbor.
