The Guyer family was living 1900-1910 in Marshall, Harrison County, Texas where Jacob worked as a carpenter for the railroad. In 1900, Lucy reported that in 15 years of marriage she had borne 9 children, but only 3 were then living. In 1910, she said that in 28 years of marriage she had borne 14 children, but only 4 were living.
Children: Henry (April 1888), Frank J. (Dec 1889), Robert L. (Feb 1895), Rudolph (c1905), Willis (c1925).
