From: The Mirror (Leesburg, Va.) of 10 Nov 1881: Married: On the 25th of October, at the residence of the bride's parents, by Rev. B. A. Shreve, Mr. James W. Peacock and Miss Margaret E. Bodine, all of Loudoun.
From the death records of Loudoun County: Mary E. Peacock died 4 Jan 1888 in Waxpool of consumption, aged 25 years. Born in Waxpool, the daughter of Isaiah and Mary Bodine, she was the wife of James W. Peacock.
James Peacock remarried in 1893 and was living 1900 with his family in Lovettsville, Loudoun County engaged in farming.
Children: Henry C. (July 1884), Mariny (Feb 1886).
