33-49. David Wickliffe is said to be about 25 years old in 1671. That must be a mistake by the clerk since David's 
father was dead by 1643. Maybe David was about 35 meaning he was born about 1636. The normal year of his birth, as found 
in many places, is 1640. However, I don't know the source of that year. 
(2) Brothers Robert and David Wickliffe are cited as executors of David Wickliffe in an action in court against them by 
William Saxton, which was dismissed. This is dated Nov. 30, 1694. See Westmoreland County VA, Order Book, 1690-1698, 
Folio 162. 
(3) Pre-nuptial agreement July 25, 1677. Westmoreland Co., VA.
