Abraham C. Bodine of Cayuga County, New York married Mehitable Bartlett on October 2, 1827 in Owasco, New York. This information is based on an article in the Detroit Society for Genealogical Research Magazine, vol. 30-32, fall 1966. It was written up by Mrs. Charles Forman from information sent to her by Miss Mary Esther Bodine in 1960. Esther was the niece of Bartlett Bodine and had received some household goods after the death of her uncle Bartlett some fifty years previously. If anyone knows more about this Bible, please contact me. I'd especially like to get a picture to include on this page.
