This is the family of William Ira Bodine. He was the son of George Washington Bodine and Clarisa Williams. His birthdate was 10-16-1869, Genesee Co., MI. He died on 12-3-1950 in Springfield. He was a refrigeration engineer and invented an ammonia injection method that revolutionized refrigeration. He was the owner of Bodine Ice Co. in Springfield, MO. He was married to Mary Maybell Matlock on 5-12-1891. They had 7 children. My thanks to Lois (Bodine) VanEtten for the picture below. She is pictured in the top row, the second from the right.
